The Tigers won against Amity Regional High School by a score of 65-43 on February 6th. It was a great game for the Tigers, as the seniors played one of their last high school games of their careers. Captain Kyle Hoffman led the Tigers with 24 and Elijah Avery Turner with 15. Hand Tigers made it to the semifinals in the SCC’s. They faced the #1 seed (21-0) Notre Dame West Haven Knights and just came up short, making their record 15-7. The Tigers will play Naugatuck in the first round of states on Monday (3/3). Hand is looking forward to becoming state champs once again after the 21-22 state champion season in the upcoming playoffs.
